History
American Entrepreneur Katlyn Grasso founded GenHERation in 2014 when she was a university student. Since founding her company, Katlyn hosted more than 500 events. The platforms help companies and professional sports teams to connect young women and girls with mentors. Katlyn won a $150,000 entrepreneurship prize upon her graduation in 2015 to expand it. She has interviewed more than 1,500 girls, 200 executives, and 100 educators across all 50 states, 9 countries, and 4 continents.
